This is one of my favorite places to eat. Extremely healthy and helpful, the owner is super nice and friendly and the entire staff always seems happy to see you, the dessert options are healthy so i can give into my sweet tooth without feeling guilty, and dont get me started on taco Tuesday. Probably the best healthy restaurant in the state, my favorite menu item is the gladiator bowl which is a greek style salad bowl with chicken and feta cheese, its so tasty. But I never feel bad choosing other options on their menu, they also do meal prep which can help with specific diets!

Decided to stop in after seeing positive reviews on Facebook, and overall, had a pleasant experience. Ordered an Acai bowl and grabbed a meal-prepped meal (chicken sweet potato nachos) to go. The Acai isn’t your typical Acai bowl. It was basically their “healthy ice cream” with some Acai powder mixed in. Ultimately, it tasted like ice cream with granola and fruit and couldn’t taste the Acai. It tasted good but not what I was hoping for. Fruit and toppings were fresh which was a plus. The chicken bowl was pretty good. Smaller portion but felt clean eating it. I appreciated the healthy options and friendly service and would recommend to someone looking for meal-prep options or a light and healthy lunch.

Amazing. We had the smash burgers with swedish meatballs and sweet potatoes on the side. Also ordered the Berry Milkshake. I love the service, all of their staff are generous, kind, and attentive. This place is one of a kind and truly care for their customers.

I am mindblown. Bowls is by far one of the best places i’ve eaten at. Not only is it a place where you can find healthy meals but the food is fresh and delicious. wide variety of options for both meal prep and the hot bar they offer. They also have a ready to go fridge full of great bowl options. They always accommodate your food request. This place is all you could want, fresh, filling, inexpensive, and delicious!!!
